How to Log In to Your SurgaVIP Account Safely
Logging in to your SurgaVIP account is a quick and straightforward process. Whether you are using a web browser on a laptop or the App on a smartphone, the SurgaVIP login interface is designed for easy access without compromising security.
The surgavip platform offers two main login methods. The first is logging in with your phone number and password — the most commonly used method among Malaysian players. The second is logging in with an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered phone number — a useful option when you forget your password or want faster access without needing to remember one.
Login via Web Browser
To log in via web browser, visit surgavip.vu and click the "Login" button at the top right of the page. Enter your registered phone number and password, then click "Login Now". If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, you will be prompted to enter the OTP sent to your phone number before access is granted.
Tip: Always use a secure internet connection when logging in to your surgavip account. Avoid unsecured public Wi-Fi networks — especially when accessing an account with a financial balance.
Login via the SurgaVIP App
Surgavip APP users on iOS or Android can use the same login methods — phone number and password, or OTP. In addition, the surgavip APP also supports biometric authentication via fingerprint or face recognition (depending on your device) for faster, more secure access after the first login.
Once biometrics are enabled in the APP settings, you no longer need to type your password each time — simply place your finger on the fingerprint sensor or look at the screen to log in in under a second. This is one reason many Malaysian players prefer using the APP over a web browser.
Forgot Password — How to Recover Access
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an OTP code to set a new password. The process is completed in under 3 minutes and does not require contacting the support team unless you encounter additional issues.
If your account is reported as locked after several failed login attempts, this is an automatic security feature to protect your account. Contact the SurgaVIP support team via live chat to unlock your account — the process requires a brief identity verification.

Account security is a shared responsibility between SurgaVIP and you as the user. On our end, we ensure all communications are protected by SSL encryption and our systems are monitored 24/7 to detect any suspicious activity. On your end, there are a few simple practices that can significantly improve your account security.
- Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Do not reuse the same password from other platforms
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings
- Log out of your account when using a shared device
- Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members
- Check your account activity regularly and report any unrecognised transactions
surgavip will never contact users to request a password or login credentials through any channel. If you receive such a message claiming to be from surgavip, it is a fraudulent attempt — do not follow those instructions and report it to our support team immediately.
