Terms of Use for Malaysia's Entertainment Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SurgaVIP online entertainment platform, accessible via the website surgavip.vu and the official SurgaVIP mobile app ("Platform"). These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. This acceptance also covers our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of these Terms.

SurgaVIP reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Registration Eligibility

To register and use SurgaVIP's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the registration date
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently prohibited from gambling activity by any relevant authority
• Not representing or acting on behalf of any legal entity prohibited from using our services
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration

SurgaVIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. This includes but is not limited to your national ID, passport, utility bills, and bank statements as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3 User Account

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at SurgaVIP. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether in their own name, a family member's name, or any third party — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. SurgaVIP will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Never share your login details with anyone.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including any wagering or transactions made by you or any other party who gains access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the SurgaVIP support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

SurgaVIP accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via supported payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank QR Pay, and other methods listed on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 per transaction
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation
• SurgaVIP does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users
• SurgaVIP reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain limits

If a deposit is not credited within the stated timeframe, keep proof of the transaction (screenshot or bank receipt) and contact our support team with the transaction reference for verification.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts in the name that same with the registered username at SurgaVIP
• The KYC verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for requests submitted during business hours
• SurgaVIP reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if necessary
• No fees are charged by SurgaVIP for withdrawals to local Malaysian banks

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

SurgaVIP offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in its respective promotional terms. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated
• Welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only
• All bonuses have a validity period — bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited
• Wagering requirements are typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the type of bonus
• SurgaVIP reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time
• Attempts to abuse bonuses through artificial wagering or multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure

7 Game Rules

All games offered at SurgaVIP — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and e-sports — have their own specific rules available within the game interface. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All game results are final and cannot be altered once a round is complete
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, SurgaVIP will attempt to restore the game record from the server. If restoration is not possible, the bets involved will be refunded
• All casino games use audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness
• For Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final, subject to video recording review in the event of a dispute
• For Sports Betting, the odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are the applicable odds — not the odds displayed prior to confirmation

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SurgaVIP platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid authorization
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets or access the platform
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion between players in games to manipulate outcomes
• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform
• Use of credit cards or payment methods that are unauthorised or belong to another person
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts or fraudulent deposits

9 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your SurgaVIP account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all active bets have been settled and request a withdrawal of any remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

9.2 Closure by SurgaVIP

SurgaVIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Engaging in activities listed as prohibited
• Instructions from authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Users found to be under 18 years of age

In the event of closure due to a violation, SurgaVIP reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all balances associated with the violating activity upon completion of the investigation.

10 Dispute Resolution

SurgaVIP is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently. The dispute resolution procedure is as follows:

• Any complaint or dispute must be submitted to the SurgaVIP support team within 30 days from the date of the incident
• Include complete details such as date, time, game type or transaction type, and relevant reference number
• SurgaVIP will investigate and respond within 5 business days
• For cases requiring more in-depth investigation, the investigation period may be extended to up to 14 business days
• SurgaVIP's decision upon completion of the investigation is final and binding

11 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SurgaVIP, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by third parties, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Data loss due to technical failures beyond our platform's control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers integrated with our platform

In all cases, SurgaVIP's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendment of Terms

SurgaVIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform or upon notification being sent to users.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this document was last amended.

Continued use of the SurgaVIP platform following any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
